**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and supervise the care team (RNs, RPNs, PSWs) to ensure **high-quality, compassionate care** for residents.
- Oversee **nursing operations, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives**.
- Act as a **key escalation point** for resident and family concerns.
- Recruit, coach, and develop nursing staff to build a **strong and engaged team**.
- Ensure compliance with **provincial regulations and best practices in long-term care**.
- Partner with HR and the DOC to support **staff education, training, and performance management**.

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ **Registered Nurse (RN)** in **good standing** with the **College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)**.
✔ **3+ years of nursing experience** in **long-term care or healthcare**.
✔ **2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience** in a healthcare setting.
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Passion for **person-centered care and senior well-being**.
✔ Experience with **staff education, performance management, and compliance** is an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
