Join our team at The Crossing Resort, a seasonal SMB located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. We are seeking an experienced Information and Business Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the full spectrum of the IT and business systems for our small business. This is a full time permanent position.
- overseeing our Microsoft Office environment, the internal IT network, and the ongoing development of a custom software solution tailored to our operational needs.
- work closely with management and external developers to develop systems and processes that align with the company’s goals, and ensuring all systems run efficiently across multiple departments including retail, food & beverage, and lodging.
- Analyze, develop, test and maintain the businesses’ various information systems including:

- WebResPro
- Profitek
- Sage
- POS systems
- BRS

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Immediate availability
- Willingness to live and work on-site at a remote resort location
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science
- Relevant experience in systems administration and software project management
- Hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
