As our first line of contact to our clients we hope to find someone who is confident in their customer service skills. Other skills that are beneficial to working in this field are the ability to work in a team, to communicate well, to have knowledge in medical record keeping, and to handle multiple tasks, as well as to be able to triage them. Tasks include answering phones, scheduling/managing appointments, processing payments, maintaining medical records, and fielding customer questions to relay to doctors. We all focus on providing a work-life balance so most our employees prefer a four-day work week.
