Our busy, tight-knit veterinary clinic in the heart of beautiful James Bay is looking for a warm, motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team Just steps from the ocean, surrounded by cozy locally-owned coffee shops and lush parks, our clinic is as community-rooted as the neighbourhood we serve.

Job Description:

  • Welcoming clients (both the furry and human kind) with a smile and positive attitude
  • Handling and assisting with animals safely and compassionately
  • Answering phones, booking appointments, managing medical records
  • Filling prescriptions, billing, and processing payments
  • Supporting communication between clients and our veterinary team
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and happy environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who genuinely loves animals and people
  • Great communicator who's calm under pressure and loves staying organized
  • Availability Monday–Saturday (some weekend work required)
  • Previous experience in a vet clinic or customer service is a huge plus—but we're happy to train the right superstar
