**FENCE INSTALLATION FOREMAN**

**Responsibilities / Requirements for positions**:

- Require a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, clean criminal record
- Have prior / previous related Fence industry experience

(Min 3 years). Vast Fence installation and supervision experience will be taken at added value.
- Install fencing materials (Chain Link, Gates, Vinyl, Ornamental) & overall fencing related products and lead a fence crew
- Able to comply with Phoenix Fences Drug & Alcohol & Safety policies / program. Consistent Drug & Alcohol testing with monetary kickback
- Able to provide on-site supervision and coordination of crew worker(s) installing Chain Link, Vinyl & Ornamental fence systems, gates, and related products
- In depth technical knowledge of fence installations in commercial & industrial, safety sensitive, projects
- Competent, and able to train crew workers, in all installation job tasks and equipment operation (skid steer, auger drive, hand tools etc.)
- Train, develop and provide feedback for all crew personnel
- Coordination and hands-on involvement of all day-to-day activities for crew you are working with / on.
- Continuously develop work plan to meet schedule and productivity targets
- Well Organized & Empowered to make proactive decisions related to project execution and field level problem resolution
- Provide improvement feedback to senior management on productivity, quality, safety, personnel, and training
- Material requisition and equipment / resource management
- Prepare daily work progress reports
- Prepare daily pre and post equipment tickets
- Maintain equipment - truck / trailer / skid steer, etc.
- Direct and supervise third party contractors (Concrete, Hydrovac, Disposal etc.)
- Provide training in, and adherence to, Phoenix and customer safety programs & procedures
- Interface and liaison with customer representatives
- Overtime hours available during the fencing season
- Out of town monetary kickback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $72,000.00-$91,000.00 per year

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
