We are seeking a skilled Deck and Fence Carpenter to join our team. As a specialist in outdoor carpentry, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining decks and fences to the highest standards. Your expertise will ensure the safety, durability and aesthetic appeal of outdoor living spaces for our clients.
- Main responsibilities:

- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications to plan and execute deck and fence projects.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, composite materials, and other building materials according to project requirements.
- Install support structures, posts, beams, and joists for decks and fences.
- Assemble and secure decking boards, railings, and fencing panels with precision and attention to detail.
- Repair and replace damaged or deteriorated decking, fencing, and structural components.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain them in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including properly storing materials and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter specializing in deck and fence construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Certification or training in carpentry or a related field is a plus.
