**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Clean and inspect plastic extrusion dies before their next scheduled production run,
- Clean and inspect extrusion profile calibration/sizers,
- Reconstruct/Repair extrusion dies and sizers if and when required,
- Extrusion die tooling manufacturing involving the use of CNC milling, Wire EDM’ing, conventional machining tools and equipment, hand work and fitting (programming knowledge not necessary)
- Involved in all aspects of routine die maintenance program on current cutting, punching and skiving tooling dies
- Responsible for supporting troubleshooting countermeasure activity
- Strive to meet external and internal customer quality requirements
- Use of all shop equipment and hand tools related to the tooling trade
- Mass production level up and die modification flow
- Ensure dies are performing at the level expected

**Education / Knowledge**:

- Licensed Tool and Die Maker
- CAM experience
- Good communication skills
