To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Graduated high school (required)
- Post-secondary education in an appropriate field (preferred)
- Excellent phone skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales/marketing and client service (min. 3 years required)
- Administrative experience with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (min. 2 years required)

What does the day look like?
- Greet clients and ensure they feel important and cared for
- Engage with clients and book the appropriate client appointments
- Help clients come to terms with their hearing loss and encourage them to take action
- Follow-up with prospective clients to help them with their questions and decision to move forward
- Ask for referrals from our happy clients and prospective clients
- Work with the Hearing Specialist to uncover the needs of the prospective client
- Be seen as a Hearing Advisor by demonstrating knowledge of hearing loss and solutions
- Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids
- Manage the needs of the office
- Complete all transactions from ordering to receiving payment
- Accurately prepare documents for government agencies, clients and other professionals
- Support other Associates as needed, which could mean travel to a sister office

Compensation:

- Salary, incentives and team bonuses.

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
