- Salary range for Customer Service Representative between $ 45,000 and $50,000 CAD annually, based on experience
- Perform real-time order entry, validate order status, manage backorders, and initiate delivery documents.
- Place orders based on consignment and inventory levels, and ensure accuracy of prices and order data.
- Maintain professional relationships, update stakeholders on inventory and delivery status, and communicate changes in orders or supplies.
- Handle complaints and inquiries, solve issues, and escalate to supervisors or inform stakeholders when necessary.
- Document customer/supplier files according to business rules and ensure compliance with customer service standards.

- College diploma (DEC) in administration or operations management, or equivalent experience, with 2 to 5 years in the manufacturing sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Flute and AS400 (asset)
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of understanding operational contexts and business needs
