**Marketing & Sales Administrator**

Are you interested in an exciting role in the fast-moving alcohol beverage industry? Are you a quick thinker with great computer skills, strong administrative abilities, and a love of marketing?

Innovative Beverages is an Atlantic Canada, Halifax based Wine, Beer, and Spirit Import Agency, looking for a talented individual to join our team as our Sales & Marketing Administrator.

In close collaboration with our Marketing and Brand Manager, the Administrator is responsible for the development and execution of Sales tools & Marketing programs for our portfolio.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Overseeing brand marketing plans and execution
- Maintaining up-coming promotional calendars
- Managing budgets and reviewing actual expenditures versus proposed spends.
- Social Media, including monitoring and overseeing our social media platforms and assisting in the monthly planning and content scheduling with our marketing and sales team.
- Managing sales and data analysis and alerting our team to potential issues
- Maintaining tasting notes, price lists, and accolades for all Atlantic Canadian regions.
- Maintaining regular website maintenance and updates
- Event Management.
- Oversee Co-operative Education Student
- General Administration work

**Position Requirements**:

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, and in particular Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher
- Undergraduate degree and minimum 3 years experience in both administration and marketing is considered ideal
- Strong organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability and drive to meet tight deadlines
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- An understanding of retail marketing
- Experience with managing and developing material for social media accounts.
- Must have an understanding of the impact that social media can have on a brand, and lots of ideas and enthusiasm to increase our online presence.
- An ability to understand and learn about inventory control and product turns in ordering and warehousing.

Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
