As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, calibrating, and maintaining various weighing solutions essential to our clients' operations. **Requirements - Responsibilities**:

- Bilingual
- Perform duties of repairing, calibrating, and servicing weighing equipment
- Make service calls both in-town and/or out-of-town
- Troubleshoot & test scales using supplied equipment
- Set up and troubleshoot equipment using supplied multi-meter and simulator
- Troubleshoot and calibrate both mechanical and digital scales
- Document all test results and provide complete paper work
- Programming of equipment (calibration)
- Orientation with customers on proper operation of equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment at all times
- Maintain service vehicles, equipment, tools and PPE
- Complete time records, work orders and logs each day
- Create a positive and respectful work environment
- Class DZ Drivers License (willing to train)
