- A Level 1 Computer Technician is required to prepare computers and computer peripherals for deployment. The technician would then deliver these computers and peripherals to various Sudbury INO sites located in Onaping, Skead and Falconbridge. Estimated weekly time requirements is 30-40 hours with a home/daily starting location in Falconbridge.
- **Tasks**:

- Unbox computers and dispose of packaging in the appropriate bins
- Build PC's
- Image computers using existing Glencore imaging procedure
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting limited to the computer hardware, drivers, operating system and build issues.
- Maintain inventory of equipment available for deployment
- Coordinate and complete RMA requests with OEM’s
- Communicate directly with end-users to coordinate the delivery of hardware
- Collection of e-waste or returned hardware
- Install or replace computer components such as storage devices and ram
- Update tickets and inventory logs

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 Years of practical experience as a computer technician
- Able to drive to 6 different site in Subury
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
- Valid Class G drivers license
- Strong skills in organization, communication and technical troubleshooting
