Mississauga, Canada Peak Form Physiotherapy Full time

Peak Form Physiotherapy is looking to hire an experienced receptionist to join our team on **weekdays from 9am to 4pm.**

We are a busy rehabilitation clinic located near Port Credit in Mississauga. Our services include physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, osteopathy, and acupuncture.

**Requirements**:

- Medical reception experience, sales, and/or client services
- Experience with Jane clinic management software, online insurance and WSIB billing, and accounts receivables
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Personable and enthusiastic, loves interacting with people

Primary responsibilities:

- Welcome and receive clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Appointment scheduling, billing, and managing accounts receivables; follow up with insurance companies as necessary
- Maintain reception and common areas
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as arises; supporting and assisting various clinic team members as necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Work Location: In person
