Mississauga, Canada Peak Form Physiotherapy Full time

Peak Form Physiotherapy is hiring a receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15hrs/week). Must be able to work **weekday evenings** with the possibility of **Saturdays 9AM-2PM.**

We are a busy rehabilitation clinic located near Port Credit in Mississauga. Our services include physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, and bracing.

**Requirements**:

- Medical reception experience, sales, and/or client services
- Experience with clinic management software, online insurance billing, and accounts receivables
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Personable and enthusiastic, loves interacting with people
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone mannerisms
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience with Jane clinic management software is an asset

Primary responsibilities:

- Welcome and receive clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Appointment scheduling, billing, and managing accounts receivables; follow up with insurance companies as necessary
- Maintain reception and common areas
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as arises; supporting and assisting various clinic team members as necessary

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
