High Net Worth Illustration Specialist

As a member of the High Net Worth team, you will provide insurance product and sales concept illustrations to insurance advisors and Manulife wholesalers by providing case specific optimized product illustrations and custom concept solutions to help advisors present and close larger more complex cases.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible to provide product and sales concept illustrations to for insurance advisors and wholesalers using different illustration tools.
- You will answer/clarify technical product and/or sales concept questions about the values on illustrations
- Participate in projects and user acceptance testing as required

**What we are looking for**
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Highly effective time management skills required for an environment of high/fluctuating work volumes with shifting priorities to meet service standards
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detailed oriented
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Motivation and desire to learn and be challenged
- Existing knowledge of Manulife’s insurance products, concepts and illustrations is an asset
- General understanding of individual policyholder taxation and the principles of personal and corporate taxation is an asset
- Good writing skills and excellent verbal skills
