**As an Body Shop Coordinator, a typical day might include the following**:

- Maintaining and cleaning the facility, equipment and work environment
- Liaise with the technician, apprentices and preppers, and other department to obtain required material
- Allocating body shop parts to the appropriate technicians when required
- Maintaining inventory of replacement parts and equipments
- Maintaining and organizing tools, equipment and materials
- Report any safety hazards to the shop manager
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with keeping records of maintenance performed, parts and supplies used
- Assisting in general maintenance required by the team
- Other duties required by management

**This position might be right for you if**:

- Valid G license, with clean drivers abstract
- Ability to communicate with staff members, customers and other stakeholders
- Must be an excellent team-player
- Minimum 1 years of similar work experience within the Automotive Industry
- Strong ability to communicate professionally and written
- A desire to work in a high-level energy and fast-paced environment
- A high level of motivation, energy and strong customer service skills
