**As a Body Shop Assistant, a typical day might include the following**:

- Work closely with our experienced technicians and mechanics to assist in various repair tasks such as: includes preparing surfaces, sanding, taping, and masking vehicles prior to painting, as well as removing and installing damaged parts
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters
- Preparing Part orders for shop needs
- Assisting the Bodyshop technicians with gathering material needed for RO’s
- Repairs or replaces defective mechanical parts
- Cleans tools, equipment and shop for acceptable appearances
- Other duties as assigned

**This position might be right for you if**:

- **A valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract**:

- **1-2 years of relevant or similar work experience**:

- You ensure all work is completed accurately and with precision in a timely manner.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate multitasking abilities while working under pressure.
- You are self-motivated and driven.
- You volunteer for new challenges and responsibilities, all while maintaining high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
