**Role Overview**
- Preparing and issuing Certificates of insurance;
- Assisting with the collection of renewal information from clients;
- Ensure accuracy and timely issuance of client documentation including invoices, policy documents, and endorsements;
- Assisting with quotation review;
- Preparing client proposals and reports;
- Participating in client meetings;
- Building a strong working knowledge of client operations and insurance programs; and,
- Engaging and assisting in the brokering of insurance placements with external insurance markets.
- Create policy documents, new business packages, loss payable certificates, and invoices
- Follow up on client accounts to support resolving outstanding activities
- Continuous learning through product knowledge
- Participate in ongoing process improvements to support business needs

**Requirements / Qualifications**
- Strong sense of customer service;
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems,

tools and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Positive attitude; and,
- Working experience in an administrative capacity
- Working experience in The Broker’s Workstation (TBW) an asset
- Insurance Level 1 License is an asset and will be required within 6 months
