At E. Bollenbach Insurance Brokers, we have a unique opportunity that allows you to really flex your skill set. You'll spend a portion of your time being the back up for the current Office Manager to cover off vacations and provide succession support, where you'll get exposure to account reconciliation, month end processing, etc. but then you also get to spend the rest of your time doing what you do best, servicing and growing a book of business, making sure your customers are protected and get the level of service they deserve from a licensed insurance professionallike you

This role is in-office position in our Kitchener location.

**So, What Will You Spend Your Days Doing?**
- Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
- Prepare & process quotes, policies, renewals, and change requests for delivery to insureds
- Review endorsements for accuracy and take action as necessary.
- Provide back up coverage for the Office Manager (e.g. account reconciliation, month end processing, bank deposits, etc.)
- Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients.
- Recognize and realize sales opportunities where it makes sense.
- Remarket personal lines policies as necessary.
- Take new claim reports and submit them to the insurance carrier.
- Diligent follow-up on clients’ accounts to ensure outstanding activities are resolved.

**Qualifications**
- Must be RIBO licensed.
- Minimum 1-year Personal Lines Broker experience.
- Proven track record servicing an assigned book of business.
- Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets, staying open to new market opportunities.
- Must remain professional and always serve as a company ambassador.
- Prior experience with account reconciliation or month end processing in an insurance brokerage is an asset.
- Working knowledge of PowerBroker is an asset.
