As our Data Entry & CSR your role will be concentrated on but not limited to the following responsibilities: - Order Entry and processing of customer orders and vendor purchase orders - Provide customers with all order related documentation including invoices, packing lists, test reports and certifications. - Communicate with external service providers for order and customs related issues - Create and issue customized labels to vendors for packaging orders - Prepare and submit customs documents to broker for clearance - Prepare and submit documents using EDI system - Update Financial reports - Report monthly sales to GCP’s president - Approve Broker and Courier Invoices and submit to accounting for payment - Independent resolution of problems - Administrative and general office tasks as assigned **What You Offer** With GCP it’s important you can “act like an owner, not an employee”.
