Our client, **Josslin Insurance**, is looking for two energetic and experienced **Personal Client Service Brokers** to join their dynamic teams serving Kitchener and Listowel with a home office base in either Kitchener, Listowel, Elmira, Cambridge or New Hamburg. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients with their personal insurance needs while growing your expertise.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of personal lines clients
- Provide expert advice on coverage, claims, and insurance products
- Respond to client and insurance company inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Resolve client issues independently and effectively
- Professionally represent clients and the brokerage to underwriters

**What You’ll Bring**
- Valid RIBO License with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a service broker role, preferably in a personal lines environment
- Post-secondary education within a relevant field, preferred
- Industry designation or currently pursuing one (e.g. CAIB, CIP), considered an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Ability to work under pressure and stay professional with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services, considered an asset
