Alliances Analyst

Objectives & Scope of Work

The co-sell specialist will focus on three (3) primary business objectives:
1. Management of sales meetings between Genesys, partners and prospects

2. Pipeline management, tracking opportunities, reporting and follow up

3. Data operations and tracking in various platforms

Deliverables:
Below are the day to day activities the co-sell specialists performs:

- Meeting management:

- Responsible for setting up meetings between company sales reps
- Working with Partner team to coordinate meeting schedules
- Working in Salesforce to match account rep to customer account
- Tracking attendance and rescheduling calls if needed
- Take meeting notes
- Pipeline management:

- Tracking of opportunities
- Opportunity creation in AWS ACE
- Pipeline clean up/hygiene
- Conducting monthly audit with AWS
- Reporting next steps
- Follow up between account team
- Data entry
- Opportunity tagging in Alliance Portals and Salesforces
- Launch opps when deals are closed
- Oversee and manage the AWS/Genesys co-sell program
- Following up on requests for engagement
- Establish project Turbocharge standards, cadence and program documentation
- Setting up and managing Project Turbocharge
- Tracking pipeline
- Tracking joint customer lists to engage
