Primary Responsibilities/Duties
- Daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen
- Prepare and restock all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow orders as requested by customer
- Assist with the cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas
- Ensure quality and safety of food
- Work at an efficient and consistent pace
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of breakfast cooking experience required
- Ability to flip eggs in a fast paced, busy environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation required
- Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
