Warehouse Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment by managing order picking and packing processes
- Follow all proper procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Coordinate with Sale and Customer Service departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and improve workflow
- Implement and enforce all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor and track key performance iall incoming and outgoing inventory

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to operate forklift and hold a valid forklift license
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Surrey, BC V3W 7J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
