**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Leading and coaching hiring managers through the recruitment process.
- Proudly represent the Company by attending events and delivering presentations regarding the organization and job opportunities at career events, high schools, and post-secondary institutions, community events, etc
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, reference, and background checks
- Support Diversity and Inclusion best practices
- Coordinate all internal recruitment processes
- Utilize traditional, as well as new/innovative methods including social media, and online networks to achieve recruitment targets
- Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines
- Continuously maintain company website recruitment page and assist with completion of the weekly ‘role call’

**Essential Job Requirements**:

- Experience with high-volume recruitment
- Human Resources Degree, or 1-2 years of working experience in a recruitment setting
- Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment
- Able to work in a fast-paced, result focused environment
- Excellent skills in demonstrating collaborative leadership techniques, conflict management skills and communication skills
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using a Talent Acquisition system (TAS)
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
