Surrey, Canada Avenue Restoration Services Ltd. Full time

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creates Final Repairs and Demo Scopes of Work and assigns time and material values.
- Organizing and managing projects from start to finish
- Create and execute project schedules to meet changing needs and requirements
- Ensure that repairs are completed on time and within the budget.
- Periodically visits work sites to assure that the highest possible quality and cleanliness are maintained.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and insurance adjusters keeping them appraised of the progress of the project and providing them with a look ahead on work to come
- Communicating clearly to property managers and strata representatives
- Inspect work for deficiencies and correcting issues where required
- Responding to client complaints and finding appropriate solutions to resolve issues that arise
- Complete walk through upon project completion
- Attends complicated losses to provide support and guidance to the technicians.
- Be available to respond to 24-hour Emergency Restoration and mitigation calls during on-call
- Other duties as assigned.

**The Ideal Project Manager**:

- Project Manager experience a must
- Has excellent professional communication skills and is organized
- Willing to be on call on rotation
- Construction experience is an asset, but not necessary

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
