Viva Pharmaceutical Inc. creates natural products and ingredients aimed at helping consumers get and stay healthy. Those products are offered in a variety of popular forms - including softgel and hard-shell capsules, as well as traditional tablets. The company also offers custom manufacturing, private labeling, and testing services for retailers, resellers and manufacturers.

We currently have an opening for a **permanent, full-time** **Production Coordinator **to join our **Production **team, based out of our location in Richmond, BC. This role reports directly to the **Plant Manager**.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Accurate maintenance of daily schedule control through planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Perform headcount review with periodic shift review to identify potential needs for production.
- Participate in staff, management, safety meetings.
- Participate in the writing or reviewing of production documentation.
- Lead the Production Control and processes.
- Coordinate all the departments.
- Coordinate manufacturing and packaging schedules and maintain records.
- Participate in other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor / Managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree.
- one or more years of production experience in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry will be considered as an asset.
- Knowledge of GMP will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- **Must be Fluent in English**:

- **Mandarin is an asset**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
