**Prep Cook or Line Cook - Commissary Kitchen / Quick Service Restaurant in Downtown Toronto**

We are seeking an experienced Cook to support both catering production and quick-service operations in a high-volume kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prep proteins, sauces, garnishes, and sides accurately and efficiently
- Assemble dishes on the line with consistency and speed
- Assist with catering production, including batch cooking, portioning, and packing
- Maintain a clean and food-safe station at all times
- Support inventory receiving, labeling, and organization

**Requirements**:

- 1-2+ years of kitchen experience (restaurant, catering, or commissary)
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen workflow
- Punctual, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler Certification an asset

**Details**:

- Location: Downtown Toronto(Queen & John, Front & Bathurst)
- Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, weekday/weekend availability preferred
- **Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience + Tipout**:
