Ace Residential Cleaners is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team We clean private homes in and around Calgary, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service while creating a happy, healthy environment for both clients and staff.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work quickly and independently
Physically capable of handling cleaning tasks
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Criminal background check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person *

**Residential Cleaner Responsibilities**
- Clean residential homes according to company standards and client preferences
- Perform general cleaning duties, including:

- Dusting surfaces and furniture; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens; emptying trash and replacing liners; making beds and changing linens (if required).
- Use cleaning products safely and follow proper procedures
- Follow daily work schedules and time management guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Report any damages, safety issues, or supply shortages
- Travel between job sites in a timely and responsible manner
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
