Residential Cleaner

We are hiring for a Part Time to Full Time Residential Cleaner to start within one to two weeks. We are only looking for someone interested in a long term commitment.
Pay starts at $20 per hour and can go up to $27 per hour depending on quality of work, experience and type of job. Post Construction cleaning will also be required from time to time and that pay is $25-$30 per hour.
Once you are trained up you will work solo and be assigned your own clients. You do not have to report to a main office. Typical hours are 6.5-8 per day with two clients per day if working full time.
Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm with the option of working weekends from time to time.
**You must have your own vehicle, OR drivers license. For a period of time we may be able to work with you during training to not have a vehicle but ultimately you will require your own vehicle.** You are responsible for all your own supplies and tools including a vacuum. You will work as a Contractor so all your stuff is a tax write off. When invoicing us you will not have any taxes taken off. We will fully train you with invoicing and how to use the scheduling system.
