**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential properties, adhering to company standards and client preferences.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish surfaces.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
- Communicate with clients, addressing concerns or special requests.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete cleaning assignments on time, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience in residential cleaning (preferably with a team of cleaners).
- 3+ years of experience in commercial (janitorial) cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Own cleaning supplies and reliable means of transportation.
- We are also looking for INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS that want to work without having to find new business*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Tips
