**Role Expectations**:

- Prepare and update calendars for events, campaigns, and various ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Execute all tasks related to the publication and communication of monthly promotions and various others, including follow-ups with vendors.
- Answer questions and coordinate marketing requests from branches, vendors, and other departments.
- Maintain a business relationship with our vendors.
- Negotiate and suggest new marketing activities in order to increase the company’s visibility as well as sales.
- Help plan, organize, and coordinate main events.
- Assist the marketing assistant and design team with logistics for the launch or retirement of products, updates to marketing materials and publications.
- Help with the coordination of marketing activities related to special programs, including the distribution of marketing materials.
- Help marketing managers with the coordination of certain events and the execution of certain sponsorships.
- Maintain an efficient filing system in order to organize, update and archive stocks of marketing content available on our various platforms.
- Contribute to the compilation of various analysis reports.
- Execute all other administrative tasks.

**Job qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to organize workflow and establish priorities.
- Must be proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with internal and external actors.
- Bilingualism - Excellent communication and writing skills, in French and in English.
- Proficient with Word / Excel / PowerPoint software.

Le spécialiste marketing doit aimer travailler dans un environnement dynamique axé sur le travail d’équipe, l’atteinte des résultats et l’expérience client. La personne sera responsable de la réalisation et le suivi des activités marketing nationales et régionales, ainsi que des projets spéciaux. La personne idéale a d’excellentes compétences en matière de coordination et d’organisation, des aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale ainsi que la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets en même temps.

**Fonctions essentielles**:

- Préparer et mettre à jour des calendriers d’événements, de campagnes et de différentes initiatives marketing en cours.
- Exécuter toutes les tâches liées à la publication et à la communication des promotions mensuelles et autres, y compris les suivis auprès des fournisseurs.
- Répondre aux questions et coordonner les demandes marketing reçues des succursales, des fournisseurs et des autres départements.
- Maintenir une relation d’affaires avec nos fournisseurs.
- Négocier et proposer des nouvelles activités marketing dans le but d’augmenter la visibilité de la compagnie et les ventes.
- Contribuer à la planification, à l’organisation et à la coordination des principaux événements.
- Assurer un soutien logistique à l’assistante marketing et à l’équipe de design pour le lancement ou le retrait de produits, la mise à jour du matériel marketing et les publications.
- Aider à la coordination des activités marketing liées à des programmes spéciaux, y compris la diffusion du matériel marketing.
- Aider les gestionnaires marketing dans la coordination de certains événements et dans l’exécution de certaines commandites.
- Maintenir un système de classement efficace pour organiser, mettre à jour et archiver l’inventaire du contenu marketing disponible sur nos différentes plateformes.
- Contribuer à la compilation de rapports d’analyse divers.
- Exécuter toutes les autres tâches administratives.

**Formation et compétences**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing ou administration des affaires, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en administration, y compris la capacité d’organiser le travail et d’établir les priorités.
- Faire preuve de proactivité.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité d’établir des relations avec les parties prenantes externes et internes.
- Bilinguisme - Excellentes compétences en communication et en rédaction, tant en français qu’en anglais.
