**What We're Looking For **We need a results-driven, career focused **Sales Manager **with excellent people management skills. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with a desire to be successful in an environment that rewards performance, we want to hear from you

**Key Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership setting.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals.
- Good understanding of dealership profitability and goal setting.
- Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team development, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers.
- Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets. organizational and time management skills are a must.
- A person of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments.
- Strong CRM management experience. Specific experience with VinSolutions is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
