BigSteelBox, Canada’s most diversified shipping container company, is looking for an experienced
Administrator located in Paris, Ontario. The position allows for a flexible work arrangement, with a combination
of work-in-office and work from home, unless accommodations or alternative work arrangements are in place.

This is a permanent full-time position Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible. The position offers a
competitive base salary, an incentive scheme, a competitive benefits package will be provided after 3
months, and a matching RRSP program after 3 months of service.

The Administrator, Modifications will report directly to the Project Manager, Modifications and is expected to
- starter with a keen eye for detail.

BigSteelBox has recently expanded our operations to include a container modifications facility in Paris, Ontario.
The Administrator, Modifications will be vital as we work to integrate our new modifications facility into our
systems and build an effective and efficient operation.

THE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Education: Grade 12
Two or more years of direct work experience in an administrative or customer service role is an asset but not

required

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Builds customer deposit invoices.
Generates purchase orders for procurement of inventory, labour, and other services.
Manages minimum / maximum inventory levels for raw materials.
Receives inventory into SAP.
Coordinates vendors for modifications program nationwide.
Manages a database to track costs of material and labour associated with individual jobs.
Works with Project Manager, Modifications to produce monthly reports.
Approves and codes vendor invoices.
Assists Project Manager, Modifications as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES:
Degree in Business Administration considered an asset.
Experience in manufacturing or custom fabrication is considered an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SAP Business One is considered an asset.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
General knowledge of construction materials is an asset.
