Electronic Assembler \ Product Tester

**Responsibilities**:
- Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to drawings, photographs, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform electrical wiring of machines and products based on detailed schematics, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Install, route, and terminate wires, cables, and connectors.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, wire strippers, crimpers) and power tools (drills, drivers) safely and effectively.
- Perform basic quality checks and inspections during the assembly process.
- Follow established product testing procedures accurately.
- Adhere to all quality control processes and standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues that may arise during assembly or testing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Use computer systems or tablet computers for accessing documentation, logging work, recording test results, or other job-related tasks.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly.
- Demonstrated experience with electrical wiring, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately.
- Proficiency in using common hand and power tools relevant to assembly and wiring.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and read technical drawings/schematics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., accessing digital documents, basic data entry).
**Nice To Have**:
- Experience using 3D CAD software, Interest in CAD.
- Interest or experience with hobby electronics.
- Previous experience or strong aptitude in automotive mechanics or electrical systems.
- Formal training or certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
- Experience Driving a forklift
