Production Maintenance Assistant

**Overview**

**Job Duties**:

- Ensure proper operation of all equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoots machinery and automation failures as necessary. This includes but is not limited to, case erectors, fillers, palletizers, conveyors, motor control devices, control panels, PLCs, input sensing devices such as limit switches and photosensors
- Ensure that maintenance or repair of Production Equipment, Site Facilities, Systems and Utilities are carried out in a timely manner
- Conducting regular inspections on all machines and products in the facility
- Provide suggestions to machine warranty, protection, and maintenance
- Record and report the maintenance results to the Manager
- Product non-conformance analysis and resolution
- Analyze the properties of all products
- Troubleshoot and resolve all machinery issues and quality non-conformances
- Making machine adjustments to improve the product, quality, smooth, and operation of the machines
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance

**Qualifications**:

- 1 years of maintenance in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- College diploma or University degree in the engineering program
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Capable of demonstrating strong technical knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

**Experience**:

- millwright: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
