ENSEMBLE POSITION DESCRIPTION
Client Support Programs Lead
Purpose: Responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of ENSEMBLE projects and services that provide support to ENSEMBLE clients. Specifically, Health Canada Substance Use Addiction Program H.O.P.E project, and the services provided by the Wellness Navigator and OPS Counsellor.
Reports To/Supervision: Executive Director
Principle Responsibilities:
A. Supervision and Team Leadership
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to the SUAP Project Assistant, SUAP Peer Assistants, ENSEMBLE Wellness Navigator and OPS Counsellor.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team members have clear roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment for all team members.
- Ensure training and professional development opportunities to all team staff to strengthen their skills and contributions
B. Program Development and Implementation
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of the SUAP project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Lead point of contact for project, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a variety of activities and programs tailored to the goals and interests of People With Lived/Living Experience [PWLLE], including workshops, events, and individualized support.
- Ensure all programs and activities are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the diverse needs of participants.
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venues, materials, and facilitators for program activities.
- Work with community partners and stakeholders to secure resources, services, and opportunities for participants.
C. Engagement with PWLLE
- Actively engage PWLLE in all stages of program development, ensuring their input drives decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with PWLLE; creating an supportive, inclusive environment using trauma-informed approaches.
- Facilitate group discussions, feedback sessions, and goal-setting activities with PWLLE.
- Facilitate connections between PWLLE and external resources to support their personal goals.
D. Monitoring and Evaluation
- In collaboration with SUAP project evaluator, develop an annual workplan for SUAP project.
- Assist SUAP project evaluator in the identification of project indicators and tools for measurement as per required evaluation plan.
- Ensure required data is collected, records are maintained.
E. Other Duties
- Manage budget resources for project.
- Work in collaboration with other ENSEMBLE staff and/or volunteers.
- Adhere to ENSEMBLE’s operational/personnel policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
Key Performance Indicators
1. ENSEMBLE’s approved policies and protocols are adhered to.
2. The objectives and outcomes of the client support projects and services are met.
4. A supportive, inclusive, and trauma-informed approach is maintained in all programs and services for PWLLE.
7. The client support services team is adequately staffed, trained and supported.
8. Team members receive regular training, wellness checks, and performance evaluations to enhance their skills and support.
9. Program records and data are maintained accurately, and reporting requirements are met, in collaboration with the project evaluator.
10. The project budget is adhered to, ensuring efficient and responsible allocation of resources.
11. Ethical and professional behavior is consistently demonstrated in interactions with clients, community partners, and ENSEMBLE staff or volunteers.
12. Effective communication channels with colleagues, stakeholders, and supervisor are maintained, ensuring timely reports and responses to internal communication.
13. PWLLE are successfully connected to external resources that support their personal and professional goals.
14. Sobriety is maintained on site at all times.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
