**WHAT’S THE MISSION? - Agile Coach in Action**

As our Agile Coach, you'll be at the forefront of our agile transformation:

- Champion agile approaches, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving execution of the agile transformation.
- Develop, implement, and support an agile IT-Business ecosystem to help our teams in efficient product delivery.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN? - Ingredients for Success**

**Leader and Facilitator**
- Shape the agile transformation, gaining buy-in from IT and business stakeholders to expand adoption and support the agile practices rightsized for ALDO.
- Drive cultural change by championing an agile and product management mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to agile practices.
- Serve as an accelerator for adoption of agile ways of working at ALDO.
- Lead and support agile communities of practice (ACoP) and raise awareness among teams about agility.

**Action-Oriented Enabler**
- Establish a strategy and plan backed by a backlog based on experience, observations, and field data to fuel the implementation of the agile transformation.
- Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, training, and support to uplift teams and individuals’ maturity in agile and product management values, principles, practices, frameworks, ceremonies, metrics, and ways of working.
- Participate proactively in building an Agile Centre of Excellence (ACoE).

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? - Key Attributes**
- You are an exceptional agile coach ready for a new challenge.
- You are a pragmatic builder, business outcome driven, connected to IT and business teams, capable of rallying them for a successful agile transition.
- Your knowledge of the agile domain, concrete experience and soft skills go hand in hand to provide business value.

**The Attributes**
- You have a university degree in a related field, or the equivalent experience with results.
- You have played an active role in an agile delivery environment for a minimum of 5 yrs.
- You have been an agile coach for a minimum of 3 yrs.
- A deep expertise in agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices is a must.
- You rely on relevant certifications you have (e.g., ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching
- ICP-ACC, Agile Certified Practitioner - PMI-ACP, etc.). Which is a +.
- You master developing metrics and using them to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency and competencies in using Agile tools (Jira and Confluence) to support team collaboration are part of your track record.
- Your superior ability to solve problems, communicate and influence change is well recognized.
- You are bilingual? Perfect, because it will be required for you to engage with local and global trading partners.
