Here's how a(n) Subcontract Risk Assurance Coordinator for our Saskatoon office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administering our risk insurance program called Subcontract Default Insurance (SDI)
- Reviewing qualification submissions
- Evaluating subcontractor capacity and assisting in developing project-specific risk mitigation plans, if needed
- Meeting with internal teams to understand prequalification requirements
- Liaising with credit associations and references
- Preparing reports on prequalification status, subcontractor utilization, and others as required
- Meeting with subcontractors as needed to review and obtaining prequalification information including financial statements
- Evaluating and approving alternative forms of security from subcontractors
- Completing subcontractor default insurance reports/claims
- Assisting in presentations on the prequalification process
- Monitoring subcontract values, subcontract security, and risk mitigation plans
- Coordinating SDI insurance claims and compile claim reports as required
- Coordinating requisition of project specific insurance and bonding
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
- Credit management or accounting experience is an asset
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field an asset
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills, comfortable and capable of telephone outreach and communication with subcontractors
- Team player with effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
