We are a rapidly growing restoration company based in Burnaby BC that is currently seeking a a hard-working, motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be in charge of organizing, leading, and controlling all aspects of restoration projects including scoping, sketching, coordination of resources, communication with insured and adjusters, etc.

- **Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Develop and review scopes of work to ensure accuracy of work as well as labour and materials required for completing the job.
- Source and schedule subcontractors and employees in order to finish projects on time and on budget
- Conduct site meetings with subcontractors and homeowners
- Constantly review progress of work for quality assurance and adherence to timelines and budget
- Maintain customer and client communications
- Obtain necessary permits as required
- Ensure all relevant safety standards are being followed according to WorkSafe BC requirements
- Ensure accurate reporting of projects and that all documents are current, complete and stored appropriately

**Qualifications**
- Ability to manage 15 to 35 projects at any given time, with a continuous focus on financial and timely results
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing restoration projects
- Comfortable working with Xactimate Software
- Experience working in both residential and commercial buildings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a people-oriented demeanor
- Strong project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks daily and make adjustments if necessary
- Possesses a dependable work ethic
- Effective time management and multitasking
- Strong attention to detail required
- Highly organized
- Familiar with Work Safe BC Health & Safety regulations
- Valid and clean driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
