**Junior Project Manager - Transit Digital Media Installations**

**Reports to**: Senior Transit Project Manager (Toronto-based)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support digital media installation projects across TransLink's station network in Vancouver. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on project management experience in the transit and digital signage industry while working independently with guidance from our experienced Toronto-based PMO team.

**What you'll do...**
- Coordinate installation schedules and logistics for digital media deployments at TransLink stations
- Liaise with TransLink operations teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestone completion
- Manage overnight work schedules and coordinate with transit operational windows
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication logs
- Support vendor coordination and on-site installation oversight
- Provide regular project updates to Senior Project Manager and Toronto PMO
- Conduct site visits and quality assurance checks during installations

**Who you are...**
- 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts and non-standard hours as project demands require
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfort working in active transit environments and construction zones

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in construction, telecommunications, or AV installation projects
- Familiarity with transit operations (or similar environments) and safety protocols
- Previous experience working with government or municipal clients
- Knowledge of digital signage or media technology systems
- Experience with WorkSafeBC processes and procedures

**Working Environment**
- This position requires a self-motivated individual comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with our Toronto PMO. The role involves regular travel to various TransLink locations and requires adaptability to transit operational schedules, including frequent overnight work windows when installations must occur outside of service hours.
