**What We Need**

**Corporate Lawyer**
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house corporate legal department with a focus on corporate law and corporate services.
- Experience in areas such as incorporation (limited corporations and ULCs), dissolution, continuance, dividends, share insurance/redemptions, corporate revivals, corporate reorganization (including amalgamations) and annual report filings.
- Experience with tax-driven transactions.
- Experience drafting and reviewing shareholder and unanimous shareholder agreements.
- Available ASAP or within reasonable notice.
- Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada, preferably Ontario.

**Salary**: $70.00-$115.50 per hour
