**Compensation**:
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions in Mississauga, ON, CA
- Organize property viewings, conduct home tours, and engage in open houses for potential buyers in the area
- Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their preferences and requirements for a new home
- Prepare essential documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful sales
- Provide prospective home buyers with vital information about the local housing market in Mississauga, ON, CA
- Implement the team's strategic plan effectively
- Schedule appointments with buyers to view properties
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the buying process

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license enabling car travel
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
- A valid real estate license is a mandatory requirement
- Excellent communication abilities
