**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) individual to join our team as a **Business Development Representative and Customer Success Manager** for the Latin American (LATAM) market. This is an **in-office position** based out of our North Vancouver headquarters, where you'll collaborate closely with a growing team dedicated to this expanding market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Yocale's presence and cultivating strong relationships with Spanish-speaking clients across North and South America.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development & Sales (Primary Focus)**:
- Proactively identify and research potential new business opportunities for Yocale within the Spanish-speaking markets of North and South America.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations of Yocale's solutions, tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close, negotiating contracts and achieving sales targets for Yocale's services.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Yocale's products/services and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Yocale's marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and campaigns.
- **Customer Success & Account Management (Secondary Focus)**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients using the Yocale platform, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Onboard new Yocale clients effectively, providing training and support to maximize their utilization of our solutions.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities to foster strong, long-term relationships with Yocale users.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client goals are met and to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the Yocale ecosystem.
- Act as a client advocate internally, collaborating with Yocale's product, support, and other teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
- Monitor client health and proactively mitigate churn risks.
**Qualifications**
- **Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.**:
- Proven experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or Account Management role, preferably with experience in the LATAM market.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them clearly to a non-technical audience.
- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong asset.**
