We are looking for passionate, engaged individuals for the role of Production Scheduler. This role is responsible for coordinating the semen collection schedule based on product forecast, semen quality, bull health and collection capacity.
**What you will do**:
- Create semen collection schedule in collaboration with other teams for optimum production that meets the sales/demand forecast.
- Communicate collection schedule along with any changes as needed.
- Utilize ERP system to generate planned order and production order accordingly to SOPs.
- Updating and editing bull defaults, production orders, concentrations, status, number of ejaculates and extender types. Monitor and solve potential production issues.
- Analyze and address production issues to supply chain manager impacting product delivery.
- Adjust daily collection schedule based on production challenges. For example, sexed semen back up bull change.
- Monitor and report on KPIs weekly, monthly, annually.
**What you need to be successful**:
- Clear communication in English (written, reading and oral).
- Collaboration.
- Problem solving.
- Attention to detail.
**Education & Experience**:
- 3 -5 years scheduling experience.
- Livestock knowledge, understanding and AI industry experience.
- AX or D365 system experience.
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, agriculture or biotechnologies is preferred.
