Reporting to the Director, Benefit Services, the Administration Analyst will perform a range of duties relating to the Benefits Services department including but not limited to benefit data entry, administrative tasks and benefit and IT systems. The position requires a summer student who is a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and attention to detail skills who is in a post secondary institution. The Government of Canada funded this job through the Canada Summer Jobs program for an eight week period at 35 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with data entry for benefit related entries
- Scanning, filing and mailing documents
- Reviewing and reconciling system entries
- Organizing and creating process documents
- Conducting research
- Analyzing reports and documenting relevant data for trending purposes

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of post-secondary education
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Remarkable organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
