About Us

The Role

Develops, implements, and manages supply chain processes and solutions to ensure In-Service Support (ISS) contracts and OSI warranty obligations are met. Manages and optimizes the inventory and repair planning for ISS contracts and OSI warranty obligations. Establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning and forecasting; monitors planned vs. actual performance and presents results to senior management. Maintains close communications with operations, purchasing, logistics, and distribution. Creates integrated processes to streamline ISS supply chains.

Main Responsibilities
- Determine the optimum range and scale of inventory holding to support ISS contract and warranty obligations
- Balance inventory between multiple distribution centers by analyzing the inventory requirement in each location and determining optimum inventory movement strategies.
- Plan and forecast changes to ISS supply chain holdings and distribution based on real-time information
- Develop relationships with Approved Service Providers (ASP) to ensure repair times are met at minimum costs
- Work with OSI Purchasing to ensure that ISS contract obligations for repair turn around can be met by appropriate Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and key suppliers,
- Work with Integrated Logistic Support, ISS Project Manager and Incident Management Team to ensure Customer requirements for parts and repairs are met
- Work with Shipping and Receiving to ensure trouble-free international shipping of repair and replacement parts between OSI locations, OEM/Suppliers and Customers
- Trains ASPs on supply chain and inventory management processes and procedures as necessary
- Works with OSI Supply Chain personnel to negotiates and manages Supplier agreements for repairs and piece parts to support Level 3 repairs by OSI and ASPs

You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferred degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- 5-7 years Supply Chain Management
- Experience of military supply chains and packaging requirements an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with EPICOR ERP an advantage
