**Duties**

**In-Suite Repairs & Tenant Maintenance**:

- Perform timely repairs inside tenanted suites (e.g., fixing plumbing leaks, patching drywall, replacing flooring, repairing appliances, doors, locks, etc.).
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders submitted by tenants.
- Address health and safety concerns in occupied units (e.g., smoke detectors, tripping hazards, etc.).

**Vacant Unit Renovations**:

- Conduct renovations in vacant units, including:

- Patching and painting walls.
- Replacing or repairing flooring.
- Installing or repairing cabinetry, countertops, and basic fixtures.
- Performing basic plumbing
- Ensure units are rent-ready in a timely manner and meet cleanliness and livability standards.

**General Property Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas such as lobbies, stairwells, hallways, laundry rooms, and exterior spaces.
- Conduct routine inspections of property to identify and report issues (e.g., leaks, damage, vandalism, etc.).
- Replace light bulbs, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, filters, etc.
- Monitor and maintain garbage and recycling areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with municipal regulations.
- Use company-provided tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Previous hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or related trades.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting.
- Familiarity with Ontario landlord-tenant regulations and health/safety standards is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and working in varied conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
