Supervisor (Full Time)

**Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill is looking for a Full Time Supervisor for Front of House who will ensure that all Chucks Roadhouse guests are provided with the best experience possible and all day-to-day responsibilities are conducted in a professional manner.**

**Full Training Provided **
- **Effectively run both FOH and BOH and lead all shifts**:

- **Follow the Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill policies / guideline and procedures.**:

- **Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, general supervision and labor control.**:

- **Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the restaurant are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained.**:

- **Responsible for correct operation of the POS system.**:

- **Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS.**:

- **Inventory and maintenance of all food and non food items, beer, liquor and bar supplies.**:

- **Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees.**:

- **Exceptional relationship building and communication skills with guests**:

- **Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards.**:

- **Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines.**:

- **Work closely with all management to provide a seamless experience.**:

- **Other duties as required and assign.**:

- **Maintain and be able to conduct small handy repairs / technical support**:

- **Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative.**:

- **Complete reports / scans / and daily paper work on timely** **basis.**:

- **Qualification Requirements**:

- **2+ years of progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant.**:

- **Proven leadership skills, a proactive personality and the ability to follow through.**:

- **Knowledge of computers: Microsoft Office Applications, Point of Sale system.**:

- **Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports.**:

- **Must be able to work flexible hours during evenings, weekends and holidays.**:

- **Strong analytical/decision-making skills.**:

- **Leadership skills - able to direct, coach, build and supervise a team.**:

- **Strong business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs.**:

- **Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.**:

- **High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.**:

- **Customer service skills - able to exceed guest expectations**:

- **Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment**:

- **You must be able to perform efficiently during high-volume peak periods.**:

- **Must have a valid driver's license.**:

- **Must be eligible to work in Canada.**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40-44 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
