**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations department to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Manage the maintenance of sales tools and systems, experience in Salesforce is mandatory.
- Provide training and support to the sales team across the country on Sales processes and tools.
- Coordinate with clients for regular cleaning inspections and maintaining good relationship with the cleaning crew.
- Coordinate with external vendors for commercial cleaning services as needed.
- Prepare weekly sales reports on sales performance metrics for the Head of Operations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field is preferred.
- Mandatory Sales experience in the cleaning industry or any service industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in using Salesforce and other sales management tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
